Parental Empowerment
At RNDA, we believe that empowered parents create empowered learners. Our Parental Empowerment Programme is focused on building strong, supportive relationships between families, schools, and communities to help children thrive both academically and socially.
We work closely with parents and caregivers to promote active involvement in their child’s education — enhancing learning, improving attendance, and nurturing positive behaviour. Through workshops, one-on-one support, and community-led initiatives, we equip families with the tools they need to support their children’s growth.
Volunteers also play a vital role in this programme, offering mentorship and encouragement to families. Where possible, we assist with financial support to help ease barriers that may affect learner success.
Together, we’re creating a more connected, confident, and capable learning environment — one family at a time.
